Lawsuit Funding is a Fast Cash Lifeline while Awaiting a Settlement from a Serious Auto Accident

When you have been involved in an auto accident, especially one that results in serious injuries, it is important to understand your rights and the process of seeking compensation. An auto accident attorney can significantly improve the chances of your claim resolving successfully. However, if the claim is not settling quickly and you need money to pay the bills, lawsuit funding may be an option.

An Oklahoma man has filed a lawsuit against the driver of another vehicle and a freight carrier company alleging driver negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in May 2015, he was hit by the other driver who negligently made an unsafe and illegal turn across the left hand lane and collided with plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiff said he sustained severe and permanent injuries as a result. He holds the defendants responsible alleging failure to keep a proper lookout, failure to properly apply brakes and failure to take proper evasive action to avoid a crash.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and an undisclosed amount in damages.

From medical bills to lost wages, the aftermath of an accident can be devastating. As long as the case is strong and the plaintiff has attorney representation, lawsuit funding is usually an option.

Lawsuit funding is a cash advance of an expected settlement. Its main purpose is to assist plaintiffs with the likely loss of wages, mounting medical bills, daily household expenses, and other out-of-pocket expenses until a settlement is reached. Unlike a traditional bank loan; funding can be obtained without the need for a credit check or employment verification; the only collateral required is a pending lawsuit. Funding is based strictly on case strength and repayment is only made once the case successfully settles. If the case is lost, the repayment obligation is completely waived.

The first step is to complete our one-page online application. Once received, the legal finance company will contact your attorney for case documentation. Our in-house review team can evaluate your application and typically make a funding decision within 24 hours. Not only is it free to apply for funding, but there are no application fees or monthly payments. Once approved, the money can be wired directly into your bank account; you may use it however you wish.

Don’t let financial worries hinder full recovery. If you were involved in an auto accident, suffered injuries and can’t borrow money from a bank, friend, or family, you may benefit from a non-recourse lawsuit cash advance. Contact Lawsuit Financial! Our experienced staff would be happy to answer all your questions and help you understand the lawsuit funding process.

Cell Phone Use behind the Wheel May Result in Life Altering Consequences

Texting while driving is dangerous; it often leads to a serious or fatal crash. If you or someone you love is a victim of a negligent driver you may be entitled to compensation for damages, such as medical expenses, lost income, and pain and suffering. It is important to retain an experienced attorney who can help get the justice you deserve. Once the litigation process is underway, you may find yourself in need of financial assistance. That is the time to consider lawsuit funding.

A 60-year-old woman suffered serious injuries after she was hit head-on by a 16-year-old who crossed the center line while allegedly changing music on his phone. The woman’s foot was nearly severed and she sustained multiple broken bones, rib fractures, and internal bleeding. She spent two weeks in the hospital, including being on a ventilator. Being unable to move on her own and requiring 24-hour care, the woman was transferred to a nursing home.

The teen escaped unharmed; he had received his driver’s license just two days before the crash. He was cited for use of a mobile device while operating a motor vehicle.

The woman may never maintain the freedom she once had. She has also been struggling to pay the bills since her insurance ran out. Her family believes that the teen should be held accountable for his actions and his parents accountable for not carrying enough insurance. There is no word whether a lawsuit has been filed, but if so, this woman could be eligible for lawsuit funding.

The litigation process can be painful physically, emotionally, and financially, but it may be the only means to justice. Unfortunately, during this time, the bills won’t stop coming; creditors won’t stop calling. Lawsuit funding from an experienced service provider is one way to prevent an early and inadequate case resolution. An experienced legal finance company can put cash in your hands within 24 to 48 hours which, in turn, allows you to focus on getting better and obtaining a fair result in your pending litigation. With lawsuit funding there are no application fees, monthly payments, credit checks or employment verifications. The application process is quick and easy; it takes less than five minutes. Unlike a bank loan, lawsuit funding is non-recourse; this, means that if you lose your case, you are not obligated to repay the cash advance.

For questions regarding lawsuit funding, call the experts at Lawsuit Financial; call 1-877-377-7848 today.

Lawsuit Funding Relieves Financial Pressure in Car Accident Lawsuits

Losing a loved one is a terrible shock and loss. The grief and emotional turmoil is made far worse when the death was caused by another person’s negligence.

No amount of money can ever compensate you for your loss, and a lawsuit may be hard to consider when grieving over the death of a loved one. Nevertheless, it is important to speak with a wrongful death lawyer as soon as possible.

Compensation recovered in a wrongful death claim can help ease the financial burden for the surviving family members, as well as bring responsible parties to justice. However, the longer the litigation process takes, the more financial strain is placed on the survivors.  What can they do in the near-term to pay the bills?

Financial pressures can force innocent victims to settle a case too soon, for too little. Before that happens, plaintiffs should consult the legal finance experts at Lawsuit Financial. We understand the financial situation facing plaintiffs and know the lengths that insurance companies will go through to reach a less-than-favorable settlement offer.

Obtaining a lawsuit cash advance requires no credit check or employment verification; we fund strictly on case strength and usually within 24 – 48 hours of receiving and application and case documentation. Funding is offered as non-recourse, meaning no payments are required until a settlement is reached and plaintiffs are not obligated to repay the cash advance if the case is lost.

If you are in a pending lawsuit and struggling financially, put the justice system to work for you. Use litigation funding to ease your financial burden and give your attorney the time needed to obtain full value in your case. An application can be done online or by phone.

What To Do When The Litigation Process Extends Beyond Your Financial Capabilities

If you have been injured in an accident, first and foremost you should seek medical treatment.  Next, if you believe you may have a personal injury claim, it is imperative that you consult an experienced auto accident attorney. The attorney will need to review everything about the case, including the accident report and medical treatment, to determine if he/she believe you have a valid claim. While many claims will settle without going to trial, some will not. Waiting out the litigation process could extend beyond your financial capabilities, especially if you are unable to work. The longer your case lasts, the more difficult it becomes to pay everyday bills. At that point, you may feel pressure to settle your case far too soon, for too little. A financial lifeline from Lawsuit Financial can keep you in the fight until your attorney can achieve the justice you deserve.

A lawsuit cash advance is a means to pay important financial obligations and necessary living expenses while buying your attorney time to build a stronger case in order to maximize the value of the outcome. Lawsuit funding can help you avoid a financial disaster such as foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy and ruined credit.

After you apply, the legal finance company will obtain case documentation from your attorney to assess the strength of the case and the expected outcome. If approved, funds can be available within 24 – 48 hours. The best part is there is zero risk to you, the plaintiff. There are no upfront fees or monthly payments. Once your case settles, your attorney will repay the cash advance from the proceeds of your case. And, if you lose the case you don’t have to pay back the advance. That’s right, we assume 100% of the risk when we invest in your case.

Don't settle for less just because you are in desperate need of money.  Call Lawsuit Financial or complete our online contact form. We will personally walk you through all your options and how lawsuit funding can best serve your financial needs during your pending lawsuit.

Experience and Reputation Matter

The legal finance industry is no different than most other industries. If you are searching for lawsuit funding, experience and reputation should matter.

If you were seriously injured in an auto accident, it is important to contact an experienced attorney who knows how to handle a personal injury claim. The reason is that an attorney’s experience can directly impact your case. If you are working with an attorney that has never handled your specific type of case, it could greatly reduce your chances to obtain the compensation you deserve. The same is true for obtaining lawsuit funding.

Once you have filed an injury claim or lawsuit, if you are interested in receiving a lawsuit cash advance against your case, Lawsuit Financial can help. Lawsuit Financial has been a leader in the litigation funding industry for over 17 years because we have a proven reputation of working tirelessly to provide sensible lawsuit cash advances for plaintiffs struggling financially during a pending lawsuit. Unlike our competition, we don’t do television and radio commercials, billboard advertising, direct mailings, or email blasts. A large percentage of our success comes from attorney and past client referrals.

A plaintiff that applies for lawsuit funding does not need good credit. In fact, those with poor credit or no credit at all can still obtain funding approval. We do not approve clients based upon their credit history or rating. Furthermore, the plaintiff does not need to be employed. All we care about is the strength of the case. If Lawsuit Financial believes an applicant’s case has a strong chance of success, funding will likely be approved.

Lawsuit Financial understands that most of our clients are in desperate need of financial relief and time is always of the essence. Once we receive a request for funding, Lawsuit Financial will contact the plaintiff’s attorney for necessary documentation and our in-house underwriters will make a funding decision, typically within 24 – 48 hours.

When Lawsuit Financial invests in a case, we do so at our own risk. Funding is provided on a non-recourse basis meaning repayment of the cash advance is made once the case successfully settles. The amount paid comes directly out of the proceeds of the case. If the case is lost, repayment is completely waived.

If you need further information or want to see if your case qualifies for lawsuit funding, it is important to first talk to your attorney. Without attorney cooperation, it will be impossible to obtain a lawsuit cash advance against your case. Next, complete our online form or call our office at (877) 377-7848 for a free, no obligation consultation to understand the best funding solution for you and your case. We also can provide funding for plaintiffs who have received a judgment or the case is under appeal.

Lawsuit Funding Can Put Plaintiffs Back In The Driver Seat

While most auto accidents are the result of a distracted, speeding, or drunk driver sometimes the cause is due to manufacturer negligence. When an auto defect allegedly plays a role in a crash, the case is typically hard-fought by the auto manufacturer and its high-powered attorneys. When time and money are not on the plaintiff’s side, lawsuit funding can help with bills and medical expenses and keep the plaintiff in the driver’s seat.

A couple recently filed a lawsuit against General Motors alleging that the car manufacturer designed and manufactured a vehicle with mechanical defects. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiffs alleged that in September 2014 their son was driving a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am when he experienced a defect in the ignition, causing him to lose power, brakes, and steering. As a result, the driver lost control of the vehicle, crossed the center line, and struck another vehicle head-on. The driver of the Grand Am suffered severe injuries that ultimately led to his death. The plaintiffs hold GM responsible alleging that the company negligently placed the vehicle on the market without properly inspecting the vehicle and falsely warranted that the car was fit as a private passenger vehicle. The lawsuit seeks a trial by jury and unspecified damages.

While the family waits for their case to be litigated, monthly expenses such as the mortgage/rent, funeral expenses, utilities, and ordinary household expenses must still be paid. When up against a large corporation, the delay in reaching a settlement can cause a significant financial burden. For those plaintiffs, help is available in the way of a non-recourse lawsuit cash advance, known as lawsuit funding.

Lawsuit funding exists to help bridge the financial gap between the occurrence and the settlement. How it works is that a legal finance company will review an attorney-represented case on strength alone. If the funding company believes the case is strong, it will approve a cash advance based on your expected settlement or jury award. The process typically takes less than 48 hours. Once an applicant is approved, funds can be wired directly into the plaintiffs’ bank account or sent via overnight mail. There are absolutely no restrictions on its use. When the settlement is reached, the plaintiff’s attorney repays the lawsuit funding company. But, if the plaintiff is unsuccessful, repayment is completely waived.

If you find yourself in a pending litigation and need financial relief, contact Lawsuit Financial. Our company is an attorney owned and operated full service legal finance company recognized by attorneys nationwide as a preferred choice for lawsuit funding services. We understand how hard it can be to wait for a fair and equitable settlement when you are the victim of corporate negligence.

Michigan Man Dies After 11-Pound Rock Flies Through His Windshield

A 48-year-old Grand Rapids man was hit in the head by an 11-pound rock through his windshield on October 17. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, and died 12 days later. According to police, the rock fell off a dump trailer being hauled by a semi-truck. The man was knocked unconscious and crashed into a power pole, snapping it in half, and then some bushes. The driver of the truck has not yet been identified. It’s unclear what, if any, charges the driver of the truck will face.

Family members of the deceased may have a cause of action for a wrongful death suit if the driver is found and it is determined that he, and potentially his employer, were negligent in any way, such as failing to properly securing his load. A wrongful death lawsuit can provide compensation for medical expenses, funeral and burial expenses, loss of income, and other damages. Once the family obtains legal representation from an experienced attorney, if facing mounting financial difficulties they may wish to seek lawsuit funding. A lawsuit cash advance would allow this family to pay the bills while waiting for the right settlement or verdict.

Legal finance is readily available to qualified litigant, within 24-48 hours after approval. It is easy to apply for funding; there is very little paperwork and no credit check or employment verification. An additional benefit is the fact that our funding is provided on a non-recourse basis meaning if the plaintiff does not win the case, there is no need to pay back the cash advance. Repayment is made only after the lawsuit successfully settles.

Why struggle financially when the road to financial freedom is just click or phone call away. If you have a pending personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit and need fast cash, contact Lawsuit Financial. We are a highly respected lawsuit funding company that cares about their clients.

Protect Your Valuable Assets and Save Your Valuable Case with Lawsuit Funding

You were seriously injured in an auto accident. The insurance company is denying your claim, so you consult an attorney who ultimately takes your case. After you've hired that lawyer and decided not to give up, you begin to wonder: "How am I going to pay my bills? How can I fight this huge, well-financed and powerful insurance company when I can't work and have no income or savings?"

Lawsuit Funding can be a valuable tool for plaintiffs and, if used correctly and strategically, can be a revenue enhancement tool. One example I like to use to demonstrate this point is the case of a Detroit, Michigan woman who was seriously injured in an auto-truck crash when the truck driver fell asleep at the wheel and suddenly veered into her lane. She suffered serious and disabling injuries, as well as emotional trauma due to the extent of the accident. One of her children was killed. This mother was a physically and emotionally unable to work, and unable to otherwise support herself, her kids, and her case. Her bills and expenses began to accrue and her house payments were several months behind. The bank even threatened foreclosure. The insurance company offered $500,000 to settle her case. Instead, her lawyer recommend lawsuit funding. After her case was carefully reviewed, a series of lawsuit cash advances were recommended. The first, $30,000, went to pay her past due mortgage bills and other important obligations. Because physical and emotional issues continued to disable her from working, the funding company worked with her to create a monthly draw equal to her monthly expenses. Less than a year later, the case resolved for $2.1 million; the lawsuit funding advance was repaid from the case proceeds.

This case underscores the need for, and power of, lawsuit financing in serious injury and wrongful death litigation. Lawsuit funding is a great equalizer; the money that cash-strapped plaintiffs need to get from an earlier stage in the lawsuit to its conclusion. A well-placed non-recourse cash advance will often prevent the plaintiff from being forced to settle early and cheap; it levels the playing field and gives plaintiffs the staying power to slay Goliath.

How is lawsuit funding different from a traditional bank loan? First of all, there is no credit check or credit 'hit'. Employment history is also not required. Unlike a traditional bank loan, there are no monthly payments which would only increase a plaintiff’s financial distress. Most importantly, unlike a traditional bank loan which must be paid back no matter what, a lawsuit cash advance is only repaid if the case succeeds. If the case fails, the litigation funding company loses its capital investment; the plaintiff owes nothing!

There are many legal finance companies to choose from. If you are seeking lawsuit funding, make sure you do your homework and compare funding companies. If one seeks to assert control over the litigation in question, that is an unethical practice and, probably, a breach of the contract. Further, an ethical lawsuit funding company will not seek profit at a level that prevents fair settlement. The ethical lawsuit funding company will provide an appropriate compromise, when necessary, to facilitate a fair settlement to all.

Lawsuit Financial provides lawsuit funding for most personal injury and wrongful death cases, disability cases and other insurance cases. We have more combined litigation and litigation funding experience than any other company in the lawsuit finance marketplace. Even if you are considering lawsuit funding from another company, call us at 1-877-377-SUIT (7848) for a free, no-obligation consultation regarding your lawsuit and your lawsuit finance situation. The call is free and the advice could protect your valuable assets and, above all, save your valuable case.

Jury Awards Record-Setting Verdict in Nursing Home Lawsuit

When elderly loved ones are no longer able to live on their own, many family members turn to an assisted living facility or nursing home. While many of these facilities provide excellent care, there are times that the system fails. If you have lost a loved one because an assisted living facility or nursing home was negligent or failed to fulfill its care obligations, you may have the right to seek compensation for damages.

The family of a 77-year-old resident who died while living at a Colorado nursing home received $5.5 million in damages, in what was believed to be a record-setting verdict.

According to the lawsuit, the woman was first admitted as a resident of Life Care Center of Pueblo in April 2013. During her residency, she endured repeated instances of abuse and neglect that led to multiple infections, bed sores, unexplained severe bruising, dehydration and malnutrition. Testimony from caregivers and family members revealed that the woman was often found lying in her own urine and feces, and the neglect was so extensive that at one point, after having been transferred to the emergency room, hospital staff notified the woman’s family that her vagina was packed with dried feces. She died on November 20, 2013 – nearly 7 months after she was first admitted to the facility.

The family’s attorney, Brett Moss, pointed out that state inspectors cited the facility for deficiencies relevant to the woman’s injuries and argued the facility was chronically understaffed. The jury award included $500,000 in damages related to the woman’s death, $57,000 in economic damages for negligence and another $5 million in punitive damages. Absent from the trial was any corporate representative or witness on behalf of Life Care Centers of America, Inc., which Moss said may have impacted the jury award.

If you believe that a loved one may be the victim of nursing home neglect or abuse, you may be entitled to compensation. Choosing the right attorney in this situation is also a vitally important decision. If you do not know an attorney who specializes in nursing home abuse, Lawsuit Financial has excellent legal referral sources all over the country and our professional staff will locate you a top-notch legal specialist, in your city or state, within 24-48 hours. This is a free service for injury victims and their family members.

Lawsuit Financial will also devise a legal finance plan to assist victims and family members through the difficult financial issues facing them. Victims do not want to conduct settlement negotiations when they are struggling, financially. If they do, they will, almost always, accept an offer that is less than full case value. Strategic lawsuit funding can often be the difference between a mediocre settlement and a large, injury appropriate settlement. Leveraging money from Lawsuit Financials may be the best solution to hold out for full case value. Apply online or call us toll free 1-877-377-SUIT (7848) to discuss your financial needs.

Lawsuit Financial Can Add Value To Your Case When You Believe You Can’t Afford Fight For Justice

Imagine you were injured in a auto accident caused by someone else. You have medical expenses and are unable to return to work. The pain you suffered continues daily. Paying even the monthly household bills is becoming a burden. What do you do?

Millions of Americans who could seek personal injury lawsuits choose not to do so, even when they suffer serious injuries. Why? In many cases, it is due to a lack of information; they may not be aware that they have a valid personal injury case. Some people believe filing a lawsuit may not be worth it, especially if they are financially stable. However, no one should pay the price of an injury if it is not their fault. Also, lawsuits are not just about the money; they can help prevent such negligence from happening in the future. Others worry that the cost of litigation might leave them bankrupt if they don’t win. What they don’t realize is that attorneys don’t receive money unless their client wins. More often than not, victims lack the financial resources to withstand a lengthy litigation process. In simple terms, they do not have the time or money to fight for justice. But, the real question is whether you can afford not to fight.

Most people don’t know how much money they can receive from their personal injury claims and going up against an insurance company is like preparing for battle. A personal injury attorney cannot only help you understand your legal rights, but can add more value to your case; an experienced attorney also understands deny, delay, and defend tactics by the insurance company. Hiring a personal injury attorney allows you to leverage their tools and experiences to achieve the highest possible settlement. Since attorneys handle cases on a contingency fee basis, there are no up-front obligations in retaining their services. But, what about your financial situation during the pending lawsuit? After retaining an experienced attorney, you would be able to apply for lawsuit funding. For those unfamiliar with the term, lawsuit funding is a cash advance that helps with short-term financial needs during a pending claim. It exists to level the playing field and prevent insurance companies from forcing you to settle too soon, for too little.

Lawsuit Financial is an experienced provider of lawsuit funding. We will review case material provided by your attorney, and, if your case qualifies, provide immediate cash needed to wait out the long legal process. With lawsuit funding, you will be able to pay your bills, focus on healing, and not worry about monthly payments; we will wait until the case settles for our repayment. If the case is lost, our repayment is lost. We take the same risk as the attorney; we charge no fees unless you collect compensation in your pending lawsuit. Bottom line – do not be forced into accepting an inadequate offer. With an experienced attorney and lawsuit funding, you do not have to fall victim a second time.

Lawsuit Financial is a pro-justice legal funding company that seeks to educate plaintiffs and attorneys about lawsuit funding. Our company is an attorney owned and operated full service legal finance company recognized by attorneys nationwide as a preferred choice for legal funding services. If you or someone you know can benefit from our services, contact us today.

When You Are In A Pending Personal Injury Lawsuit, Learn What Lawsuit Financial Can Do To Help The Wait.

An auto accident can be a life-changing experience, and a personal injury lawsuit can last anywhere from a several months to several years. Even after it settles, plaintiffs may not see a settlement check for months, quite possibly years if there is an appeal. Most injury victims are unable to work and faced with mounting bills. The insurance company knows this and will use stall tactics to force the plaintiff to take the lowest possible settlement. If this sounds like your situation, why not apply for pre-settlement lawsuit funding? Instead of waiting months or years, you could have cash in hand within 48 hours.

Lawsuit funding is better than a bank loan. First of all, it is not a loan, but rather a no-risk cash advance against your injury claim. Secondly, you are under no obligation to repay the money if you do not win your case. Simply put – we assume all the risk. Additionally, there are no credit check or employment verification; funding is based solely on case strength.

The entire funding process can be handled over the phone, by fax, or email. After we receive a funding application, we will contact your attorney for case documentation. Once we receive the information from your attorney, if your case is approved, we can send the money via overnight mail or direct deposit. When the financial pressure is removed, your attorney has more time to achieve a fair settlement in your case.

Don’t wait for what seems like an eternity to get the settlement you deserve. Call Lawsuit Financial or complete our online funding application to get started. Lawsuit Funding: A No-Risk Financial Solution During A Pending Wrongful Death Lawsuit

A South Carolina woman is facing charges of driving under the influence resulting in death following a car-motorcycle accident. She has also been distribution of a controlled substance and driving too fast for conditions.

After someone dies in an auto crash, grieving family members are often left with many questions. What caused the accident? Could it have been avoided? What do they do now that their loved one is gone? Whiles sometimes auto accidents happen through no one's fault, often times they are due to negligence. In such cases, family members should pursue a wrongful death claim to uphold the victim's rights and begin the financial recovery process. A personal injury attorney can stand up for the rights of the family, but achieving maximum compensation can take time. Unfortunately, many victims are not in a financial position to wait out the litigation process because bills must be paid. If the plaintiff is unemployed or has poor credit, banks will usually not grant a loan. Even if approved for a bank loan, the victim would be required to make monthly payments and repayment would be required no matter the outcome of the case. Insurance companies know all this and won’t hesitate to pressure victims into accepting the lowest possible settlement. Before that happens, a better option would be lawsuit funding, a cash advance against the pending lawsuit.

A legal funding company understands the financial situation facing plaintiffs and knows the lengths that insurance companies will go through to reach a less-than-fair settlement offer. With a lawsuit cash advance, plaintiffs can level the playing field and push for justice. Funding is collateralized solely by the pending lawsuit. There are no upfront fees, no credit or employment checks and no monthly payments. Repayment of the cash advance is from the proceeds of the case, but if the plaintiff loses, the repayment is waived in its entirety.

If you or a loved one has been a victim of an auto accident caused by a negligent driver or your loved one was killed by a driver under the influence, consult a personal injury attorney who is knowledgeable and experienced in auto accidents. If you have mounting bills and expenses and feel the need to reach a quick settlement, stop! Apply for lawsuit funding with Lawsuit Financial to ease the financial burden and give your attorney time to obtain full value in your case. The application process is quick and easy, and can be done online. Once we determine if a case has merit and is approved for funding, you can have cash in hand within 24 - 48 hours. Contact us today for a free, no-obligation evaluation of your case.

Plaintiffs Use Lawsuit Funding As Part Of An Overall Financial Strategy In Their Case

Personal injury lawsuits are filed so those who have suffered can recover compensation for their loss. An automobile accident lawsuit, for example, can help a victim pay for damaged property, repairs to their vehicle, medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, and lost income.

While a plaintiff is waiting for the case to wind its way through the legal system, s/he may be struggling financially, especially if unable to work due to injuries. Even once a case is settled, the defendant can file an appeal, delaying the settlement even longer. Banks and other creditors will only tolerate missed payments for so long before taking action; they are not sympathetic just because someone is in a pending claim. Late payments lead to penalties that further exacerbate a plaintiff’s financial situation. Credit can be so damaging that it takes years to rebuild one’s credit score to good standing.

A legal finance company can help make up for financial loss with a lawsuit cash advance. This means the plaintiff can receive some of the cash anticipated from the settlement, without the wait, so immediate financial needs can be met. The application process is quick and easy. Once the funding company receives an application, they contact the plaintiff’s attorney for case documentation. It’s that easy because there funding is based on case merit, not employment or credit history. If the case is approved for funding, a check can be mailed or the funds can be wire transferred to the client’s bank account within 24 – 48 hours of approval. With cash in hand, the plaintiff is less likely to accept an unreasonably low offer from the defendant. There are no payments until the case settles, at which time the funding company is repaid the advance plus accumulated risk premium directly from the case proceeds. If the case is lost, the funding company receives nothing and the advance is the plaintiff’s to keep.

It is important to note that while a lawsuit cash advance can be used anyway the client wishes, it is recommended for necessities. For example, if a plaintiff is behind on the mortgage or rent a lawsuit cash advance can help avoid foreclosure or eviction. It can also be used for ordinary monthly bills such as electricity, gas, telephone and other utilities to prevent these services from being cut off.
