Plaintiffs Strengthen their Case When They Can Pay Their Bills

Lawsuit funding is twofold; it can help plaintiffs pay the bills and strengthen their case.

Most people know that lawsuits are expensive and time-consuming. Unlike insurance companies and large corporations with deep pockets, many plaintiffs will not have enough money to survive financially until a fair settlement can be reached.  Insurance companies know they can outlast plaintiffs.  They will deny, delay, and defend a claim hoping the financial pressures will cause a plaintiff to give up.  When plaintiffs have financial peace of mind, they are better able to withstand a long litigation process and avoid settling too soon for too little.

Lawsuit funding is a means of "fighting back" for what is right - full compensation for damages.  After a plaintiff has filed a lawsuit with an experienced attorney, a legal funding company will look at the case to determine if it has merit.  If merit is determined, a lawsuit cash advance will be available within 24 – 48 hours.  Although the funding can be use any way the plaintiff wishes, it is typically to help pay medical expenses, mortgage payments, car payments, or any necessary bills.  Since litigation funding is provided based solely on the strength of the case, credit checks are not necessary; neither is employment.  No payments are made until a settlement is reached; if the plaintiff loses; the cash advance is theirs to keep.

Don't let personal finances break your case, and don't let the pressures convince you to accept a lower settlement offer just to pay the bills.  Lawsuit Financial has helped many clients and we may be able to help you.  To learn more about lawsuit funding, apply online or call us toll free at 877-377-7848.

Remain Financially Secure With Pre-Settlement Funding

If an auto accident leaves you seriously injured and out of work, do you know how you will pay the bills?  When serious injuries result from the negligence of someone else, you have the right to pursue compensation for damages.  The first step is to consult an experienced auto accident attorney to understand your rights.  Once the litigation process is underway, if you need financial support to avoid an early settlement, pre-settlement funding may be a natural solution.

Over the years, Lawsuit Financial has seen time and again how insurance companies take advantage of auto accident victims offering far less compensation than case value. This is why our company was formed – to help financially impaired plaintiffs wait for the justice they deserve.  Pre-settlement lawsuit funding is a non-recourse cash advance against the future proceeds of the case.  With our assistance, plaintiffs can pay the:

  • mortgage/rent
  • medical bills
  • auto payments
  • utility bills
  • day-to-day living expenses
Lawsuit Financial assumes all the risk when awarding clients a lawsuit cash advance.  In other words, if you don't win your case, we don't collect; we absorb the loss and you keep the cash advance with no obligation.  There is no application fee, no monthly payments, no credit checks, and no employment verification required.

As a premiere pre-settlement funding expert, we can help you where others may not.  If you need to pay your bills, avoid debt collectors, and remain financially secure until your lawsuit settles, call our office or click here to apply for pre-settlement lawsuit funding.

When and Why to Apply For Pre-Settlement Funding

Once an innocent victim has decided to file a lawsuit, a plaintiff should consider applying for pre-settlement funding if he/she:

  • Is struggling to pay the bills.  This could result in a negative impact on one's credit standing.
  • Has little or no insurance.  Medical expenses alone may be enough to consider a less-than-favorable settlement.
  • Has no other means of financial support such as family and friends or built up savings.

Why not consider a bank loan?
Typically banks will not provide a loan against a pending lawsuit.  If they did, the bank would require:

  • A credit check.
  • Employment verification.
  • Monthly payments.
  • Repayment of the advance regardless of the outcome of the lawsuit.

Why consider pre-settlement lawsuit funding?
With an experienced litigation funding company, such as Lawsuit Financial

  • There are no upfront fees or monthly payments.
  • Poor credit does not matter.
  • Employment is irrelevant.
  • Repayment is only required if, and when, the plaintiff successfully settles the case.
  • If lawsuit is unsuccessful, the plaintiff is not responsible for repayment; the cash advance is completely waived.

If you are in need of pre-settlement funding to help with your finances as you fight for justice, it is important to find a lawsuit funding company with a solid reputation.  At Lawsuit Financial, we understand that many injured victims are unable to work for months, years, or permanently and may face constant financial pressures of accumulating bills.  Our experienced underwriters will examine and review your case once we receive your application and supporting case documentation.  With our quick turnaround time, you can start paying outstanding bills in as little as 24 hours.

For these reasons, and many more, Lawsuit Financial is the preferred litigation funding company by most attorneys nationwide.  To obtain more information or access your road to financial freedom, apply online or call our office toll free at 1-877-377-7848.  We look forward to assisting you with all your legal financial needs.

Litigation Funding "Buys" Time in Auto Manufacturer Defective Product Lawsuit

Auto accidents can be caused by many factors - speeding, distracted driving, inclement weather, but they can also be caused by auto manufacturers that drivers trust in the first place.  Although vehicles are much safer today, design and manufacturing errors still occur. Sometimes, seatbelts and airbags have failed to protect as intended and gas tanks have unexpectedly exploded following a relatively minor accident.  Unfortunately, many recalls are not put into effect until a defect impacts the lives of motorists who have suffered serious or fatal injuries due to accidents.

If you believe that a  manufacturer defect  is to blame, contacting an experienced attorney is the best way to file a product liability claim against the manufacturer and seek justice. The process of collecting evidence, seeking medical treatment, and trying to put one's life back to normal will begin. During this time, a plaintiff may exhaust all financial resources because most defective product lawsuits take months, even years to settle.  While the plaintiff's attorney will fight for the largest amount of compensation as quickly as possible, a plaintiff's everyday expenses do not stop.  That's where litigation funding comes in handy. For many families, litigation funding is not just a good option; it is the only option.  With litigation funding, you can keep up with your bills and other expenses and focus on getting your life back in order, while your attorney focuses on receiving maximum compensation in your case.

After receipt of a funding application and case documentation, our underwriters will determine if the case has merit and how much to advance the applicant.  Funds can be received by overnight mail or wire transfer within 24 - 48 hours of approval.  Litigation funding is completely contingent upon the outcome of the case; the plaintiff only pays back the cash advance if he/she successfully settles.  It is really that simple.

If you don't have the financial ability to wait out the litigation process for a fair settlement, don't settle for less due to financial distress.  Simply complete our easy, online application or call us toll-free at 1-877-377-7848. Our experienced and professional litigation funding staff is waiting to answer your questions and help you understand the lawsuit finance process.

Truck Driver Dies Yielding to Firefighters

When a serious or fatal truck accident occurs due to cargo not being properly secured, victims and their families may be entitled to file a lawsuit to recover damages.  Victims may be able to receive compensation for current and future medical bills, funeral and burial expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering and other losses related to the accident.  It is important to contact an experienced attorney who has the resources and years of experience necessary to win your truck accident case and make sure you get the maximum economic recovery for your injuries.  Victims may also find it helpful to secure lawsuit funding to help pay the bills during a long litigation process.

According to Osceola police reports, a driver slammed on the brakes of his tractor-trailer to avoid hitting a fire truck, with siren blaring and lights flashing, coming out of a station.  The sudden stop caused heavy steel beams on the truck's bed to shift forward, break through the rear wall of the passenger cab, crushing the driver against the steering wheel.  Witnesses told investigators that the yellow blinking light never changed to red, but Osceola officials, however, said the light had changed.  The truck driver leaves behind an 8-year-old daughter.

Investigators are looking at a flashing yellow light at the intersection where the accident occurred.  Firefighters are required to press a button at the station that changes a traffic light at the intersection from blinking yellow to a continuous red before leaving to respond to an emergency call.  Witnesses said it did not turn red when the fire truck left the station, but police said it is unclear whether that would have made a difference in this case.  The Florida Highway Patrol ( FHP) is also focusing its investigation on whether the metal beams were properly secured to the bed of the truck.  Federal officials stated the trucking company was on a prioritized list for increased inspections because of its past safety record; the company had been cited previously for improperly securing cargo.  The carrier also reportedly allowed drivers to stay on the road beyond the hours allowed by law.

Trucking companies and their drivers are responsible for making sure the truck is properly loaded and secured. Often, they are in a rush to meet unrealistic deadlines, causing them to rush in the preparation of their vehicle.  At times, the trucking company and its driver share responsibility with a third party loading company. A loading company that fails to do its job could be at least partially liable in the event that the cargo shifts and causes an accident.

While this investigation is underway, the victim’s family may wish to consult an experienced attorney.  If it is determined that the trucking company or a third party entity is partially responsible, an attorney can help the family receive compensation for damages. This will undoubtedly be a long process, one the family may not be financially able to withstand.  How will they cover expenses for the eight-year-old child until a settlement is reached? Lawsuit Financial may be able to help.

Obtaining a lawsuit cash advance could help this family with any immediate cash flow problems while allowing their attorney time to negotiate a fair settlement.  Upon receiving a funding application, we would contact their attorney for case documentation. Once received,  a funding decisions can be determined in as little as 24 hours, with no need for a credit check or employment history. An additional benefit is the fact that our funding is provided on a non-recourse basis meaning if the family does not win their case, there is no need to pay back the funding. Repayment is made only after the lawsuit successfully settles.

If you are in the middle of a personal injury or wrongful death claim and facing mounting bills, the road to financial freedom could be just click or phone call away. Contact Lawsuit Financial to determine if we can help eliminate your financial problems so you take control of your life.

Lawsuit Funding Aid Plaintiffs in Waiting for Justice

After filing a wrongful death lawsuit, it is important to seek all potential alternatives that are available so that plaintiffs do not have to accept a low insurance settlement offer. This may entail borrowing money from relatives or a retirement plan. If these are not viable options, a lawsuit cash advance may be an excellent alternative.

Our client is the widow of a man involved in an auto accident when an oncoming vehicle suddenly turned left in front of him.  He was transported to the hospital with symptoms of confusion and complaining of a headache.  Within the hour, he lost consciousness and ultimately was diagnosed with a left-sided intraparenchymal blood clot. He died shortly thereafter.  Despite clear evidence of driver negligence, the defendant’s insurance carrier forced years of onerous litigation upon the plaintiffs.  In addition to the emotional pain, our client was struggling to pay the medical bills and funeral expenses. With the help of a lawsuit cash advance, she was able to allow her attorney to fight her case for the maximum settlement.

Lawsuit funding affords plaintiffs the opportunity to access a potential future settlement without the personal obligation to repay. This is significantly different from a "loan" because a lawsuit cash advance is approved based on the merits of a pending claim, there is no personal obligation to repay, and there is no creation of debt or credit risk.  There is no charge to apply for a lawsuit cash advance, and no monthly payments or upfront fees are required.  Once the applicant is approved for funding, cash can be available within 24 – 48 hours.  The best part is you only pay us back if you win or settle your case. Contact Lawsuit Financial today if you need financial assistance while waiting for justice in your auto accident lawsuit.

No-Risk Financial Relief For Auto Accident Victims

The family of a woman killed in a three-vehicle auto accident will likely pursue a wrongful death lawsuit; those seriously injured may pursue personal injury litigation. According to police, a 46-year-old woman died and four others were injured when her PT Cruiser was struck head-on by a Lincoln Town Car traveling in the opposite direction, and then rear-ended by a Ford F150 pick-up truck.  The woman was  pronounced dead at the scene.  Those injured were treated at an area hospital and released. The investigation is ongoing.

An experienced auto accident attorney can determine rights to compensation, including medical expenses, funeral and burial expenses, lost wages, future lost income, and pain and suffering. The attorney will also analyze all aspects of the incident and ensure that the negligent parties are held liable.  During this time, one or more plaintiffs may need financial assistance as a result of unexpected bills and lost income.  Lawsuit funding, a lawsuit cash advance against the future settlement or verdict may be a viable option.

A lawsuit cash advance assists families involved in contentious litigation by paying their immediate expenses - medical bills, funeral expenses, and other costs associated with injuries, until the case settles.  With lawsuit funding, the plaintiffs won’t be desperate for money and feel forced to accept a low offer from an insurance company just to pay the bills  Eligibility can be determined by simply calling Lawsuit Financial or visiting us online.  There is no cost to apply; there are no monthly payments and no up-front fees. If eligible, the lawsuit cash advance arrives within 24-48 hours by check or wire. It may be used for any purpose, but Lawsuit Financial recommends paying the necessary bills to stay afloat until a fair and equitable settlement or verdict is reached.  Funding is completely contingent upon the outcome of the case. If the plaintiff loses, the lawsuit cash advance is waived; no repayment is required.
