Taking Control of your Case with Lawsuit Funding

An insurance company defending a case has plenty of resources to withstand a lengthy litigation process.  They also know that because injured people cannot keep up with them financially, victims often become discouraged and settle their claim for much less than full case value.  Because no injured victim should ever be forced to accept less than deserved, Lawsuit Financial provides emergency cash to help with pressing personal financial needs.

"I was in a terrible automobile accident which left me disabled and my wife as the sole breadwinner for our family of six.  It was not log before the credit cards were maxed out and the mortgage in arrears.  Desperate, I told me attorney to accept the little money the insurance company was offering to settle.  He told me the one of his clients recently received a cash advance on his lawsuit from Lawsuit Financial and I should call to see if they could assist me, too.  Although skeptical, I gave them a call.  Jennifer walked me through the process of applying for, and receiving, litigation funding.  Sh was very professional and made me feel comfortable with the process.  Within 24 hours I was approved for $5,000.  I could not believe how quick and easy the process was.  I am eternally grateful for the help I received from Lawsuit Financial." ~ Jacob P

Judge Denies Motion to Dismiss Wrongful Death Case

The family of a man who died in the 2011 Key West powerboat races could qualify for litigation funding.
Joey Gratton was driving a twin-engine, 38-foot catamaran when it overturned during a turn in the final lap on the second day of racing.  He became trapped in a rescue harness that was secured to the boat and drowned.  His widow, Priscilla Gratton, filed a lawsuit accusing race organizers of negligence in its safety and rescue operations during the event.  The suit says that rescue boats are supposed to be the first responders, but rescue personnel were unfamiliar with the cockpits and emergency hatches on the boats.  The medical examiner confirmed that Gratton did not die from injuries in the accident; he drowned waiting to be rescued. He was one of three men who died in the 2011 powerboat races.  A second lawsuit against the race organizers is still pending.
Super Boat International (SBI) argued that the lawsuit should be dropped because racers know the potential of accidents and sign waivers in order to participate.  The trial has been continued multiple times, but a judge had recently denied SBI’s motion to dismiss the case.
Although this is great news for the plaintiff, this case has been pending over two years.  During this time, if the family is suffering financially, they may be eligible for litigation funding, a means to avoid an overwhelming amount of debt and see the case through to a final result.
Litigation funding is a lawsuit cash advance that requires no credit checks or employment verification.  Funding is provided strictly on the merits of the case which means once the funding company reviews case documentation, cash can be available within 24 – 48 hours.  A plaintiff can pay outstanding bills with no need for monthly payments on the cash advance. The funding company is only repaid if, and when, the lawsuit settles. If the plaintiff loses, the repayment is completely waived,

If you have filed a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuit and need cash now, litigation funding may be a solution.  Begin by applying with Lawsuit Financial online or by phone.  If you qualify, we can have a check wired directly into your account in less than 48 hours.  With Lawsuit Financial, your valuable assets and credit history will not be jeopardized.  Contact us today for a free no-obligation consultation.

Lawsuit Funding: A Priceless Alternative

When you filed your personal injury lawsuit, you never expected it to extend for months, even years.  While the insurance company drags its feet in the interest of protecting their bottom line, you may be suffering significant financial hardship.  Additionally, serious injuries could mean you are unable to work.  Without a temporary lifeline, many victims could face financial ruin in their fight for justice. Plaintiffs can avoid foreclosure and debt, and put food on the table by applying for emergency cash known as lawsuit funding.

Lawsuit funding has become the number one cash solution for auto accident plaintiffs.  A lawsuit cash advance is used as a way to bridge the gap between a plaintiff's financial need and a fair settlement.  Because a lawsuit cash advance is based solely on the strength of the case, no credit checks are required and there are no monthly payments like with a typical bank loan.  The money is provided in return for a promise to repay after the lawsuit settles or the jury rules in your favor.  Once the case successfully settles, the plaintiff repays the cash advance plus fees and interest as defined in the contract.  There are absolutely no hidden fees.  There is no risk to the client because litigation funding is provided on a non-recourse basis meaning that the funding company takes the risk; if the plaintiff does not receive a favorable outcome, the cash advance is completely forgiven.

If you are a plaintiff in a pending lawsuit and the financial pressures leave you feeling like your only option is to accept an early settlement for less than you deserve, don't let the defendant undermine your determination for full case value.  Stand up for your rights and fight back with the aid of lawsuit funding.  Call Lawsuit Financial or visit us online to apply today so you can get beginning paying your bills in as little as 24 hours.  The call is free; the advice priceless.
