Lawsuit Funding Helps Plaintiffs Save Their Financial Future

Often times, a plaintiff with a legitimate claim is up against a powerful insurance company or large corporation that has all the money and resources to wait out a lengthy legal process. In contrast, plaintiffs have much fewer resources. Many plaintiffs who are involved in a personal injury lawsuit have often suffered a serious injury that prevents them from working and threatens their finances. Unfortunately, the bills will be due long before the case is resolved, and this leaves the plaintiff with a dilemma. By the time a case works its way through the courts, a plaintiff may be facing bankruptcy or a ruined credit rating. Powerful defendants know this and will delay a lawsuit in hopes that the plaintiffs’ financial distress will force them to accept a less-than-favorable settlement. Banks consider credit history or employment when deciding whether to lend you money. If a plaintiff is injured, they may not be able to provide this proof. At Lawsuit Financial, a decision that is not based on employment or credit history. All you need to obtain a lawsuit cash advance is attorney representation and a strong case.

Lawsuit funding levels the playing field by providing plaintiffs money upfront for life’s necessities --mortgage or rent payments, car payments, utility bills, groceries -- while their lawsuit works its way through the courts. It can also help plaintiffs remain in a position of strength so they can wait for the compensation they deserve.

Because most plaintiffs considering lawsuit funding are already facing financial distress, Lawsuit Financial has a fast and easy application and approval process. We can typically make a funding decision within 24 – 48 hours. There are no upfront fees or monthly payments. Our clients pay nothing until they win their case in court or reach an out-of-court settlement. However, if a client loses his/her case, we completely waive repayment.

If you are in a pending personal injury lawsuit, have been seriously injured, are unable to work, and are faced with mounting bills, consider lawsuit funding. Remember, even if you are facing bankruptcy or a very poor credit rating, we may be able to help. Call us today at 1-877-377-7848 and start rebuilding your life without worrying about how you will pay for your next meal or avoid foreclosure.

Don’t “Rollover” When Your Finances Can’t Withstand Your Lawsuit

A U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspection has found that a Milwaukee leather manufacturer failed have proper safety measures in place February 1, 2015 when a 1,500-poind steel roller crushed and killed a maintenance worker. The man was inspecting the machine’s bearing when the tragedy occurred. He suffered fatal head and neck injuries as a result. It has been determined that proper safety guards would have stopped the roller from moving during service and maintenance. OSHA cited the company for 19 serious safety violations.

According to Christine Zortman, OSHA's area director in Milwaukee, “manufacturer-installed guards and industry-standard locking devices protect workers from operating machinery. Yet, each year thousands of workers are injured or killed because employers ignore machine hazards and do not train workers on safety procedures."

In most cases, immediately after the death of a loved one, a lawsuit is the furthest thing from the minds of family members. While no lawsuit can bring the loved one back, it may be worth it for the family to consult an attorney who has experience in workplace accident cases. Once a lawsuit is filed in a situation like this, if there is no life insurance, savings, or other funding sources, the family may be an excellent candidate for lawsuit funding.

Lawsuit funding helps plaintiffs meet their immediate financial needs so they can wait for the compensation they deserve. Our lawsuit cash advances are not based on your credit or work history but rather on the strengths and merits of your lawsuit. After completing a funding application, Lawsuit Financial will evaluate the prospects for case success and potential case value. Once approved, we fund an amount that comfortably fits within that value, within 24 – 48 hours. Most importantly, our lawsuit cash advances are provided on a non-recourse basis. This means if you do not win or settle your case, we are not repaid.

One Dead, Several Injured In Ohio Turnpike Truck Accident

The Ohio State Highway Patrol Crash Reconstruction Unit is working to determine what caused an accident on the Ohio Turnpike, killing one and injuring seven others. The accident shut down the westbound lanes of the highway for nearly eight hours.

According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, traffic had slowed due to lane closure when for unknown reasons a commercial truck failed to stop in time. The truck hit the right mirror of a Hyundai, then proceeded down the middle of both lanes striking several other vehicles, in both lanes. Upon arriving at the accident site, police found the truck against a bridge retaining wall. The trailer on the commercial vehicle was on fire and a Dodge Caravan was trapped under it. A woman in a rear passenger seat of the Caravan died at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.

An accident like this will usually lead to a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit. Unfortunately, such cases tend to take months, even years to settle. Lawsuit Financial understands how hard it is to stay financially afloat during a lengthy litigation process. With our lawsuit funding services, we help victims maintain financial stability until their case settles. Our proven track record of providing pre- and post-settlement lawsuit funding is a good indication why our business comes from both attorneys and clients alike.

The only requirements to be eligible for funding are attorney representation and a case with merit. For those without an attorney, contact Lawsuit Financial. We would be happy to provide a referral in your area, at no charge. Once you have an attorney, complete our online application or call our office to apply for lawsuit funding.
